I've had my red light therapy mat for a few months now, and overall I'm really happy with it. I did run into one small technical issue, but customer support resolved it quickly. I mostly use the 660nm mode for my skin, and I switch to the combined mode whenever my muscles feel sore after exercise. Every session leaves me feeling deeply relaxed, and I notice that my body feels less tense afterward. It's become part of my wellness routine, and I honestly see myself using it for years to come

Product is very good quality. I am a big and tall man, the length is good however it is very narrow. Also was surprised that there are 2 separate remotes. Makes it cumbersome and lots of wiring and coordination, lastly think about where you are going to store it as you use it every other day. I am looking for some wall hooks that will not damage it. I want to just hang it up and take it down from my closet wall. It's takes up a lot of room folded up and laying on a table or floor or chair?
Overall a 8 out of 10 for me.

Love it so much!! Especially for Pilates to help my muscles relax, support recovery, and just give my body a moment to reset. It��s basically the perfect way to wind down while still doing something good for your body.

Loved that red light has so many uses and this was an affordable way to dip our toes into red light therapy. We‘re currently using it for both skin-healing and pain management. I also hope to try it on my scalp to see if it promotes hair growth, but that will take some time to see results. So far, I have seen this work well to help alleviate my back pain. I just strap it on for about 30 minutes while I read or watch something in bed. I’ve actually been very surprised by how well and quickly it works to tone down the soreness.The whole thing is pretty simple to use you can do either type of red light or both together and set a timer, which is really nice. My biggest gripe is that the cord is really short so it makes it a little difficult if you don‘t have many outlets you can sit nearby.

Used this on a sore knee and it felt better after just a few sessions.

Shipping was fairly quick. The red light bag works well, however, the plastic that covers the lights can be annoying. It sticks to your skin after a while laying on it and can be a little painful when trying to get out of the bag.

This is a great value and very versatile. I was a little skeptical of the idea but after only a few uses I noticed a difference. I think the effectiveness is based on the fact it has the ability to use the 880nm and 660nm light settings. We’ve been using it for skin conditions, muscle aches, joint and tendon pain. The quality exceeds what you might expect based on the price. There is a little bit of a smell but it isn‘t bad enough to bother anyone. We are very pleased with this product. I have recommended it to a few of my coworkers who recently injured themselves and they are now using it too with similar results.

I have a lot of back pain and this really has helped me. I also purchased one and had sent to a friend as an early Christmas gift.

This is a wide strip of leds. Has different intensities and timer durations. I am currently using it for my shoulder impingement (at least I think it is). The duration was 30 minutes minimum with the highest intensity daily. My pain 10 being extremely painful to 1 being no pain, was an 10-8 before using the led pad. No it is down to 3-2. I was very surprised because the reduction was the next day. I am looking forward to being able to exercise the arm to strengthen the rotator cuff muscles. I knew that there was a slight healing before I started. Definitely there was a difference after using. I would recommend it. I use it on my neck and it seemed to help also.

I ordered this because of my sister's referral on how great this works. I bought it to try to see if it's as good as they say. I bought it for my neck and back for pain. My son has a bad back here injured in construction accident. He took it and uses it and he loves it he uses it twice a day and he can't believe how much better he is feeling. I'm going to have to order another one for me LOL. I would recommend red light for anyone who needs a little help with minor injuries and energy. I love it. And I will continue to use it once I get it back from my son. ??

I’ve been very pleased with this red light therapy pad. It heats well and I like the size. I use it on my back and my husband uses it on his knee. This size is versatile!

Been using this for a couple of weeks twice a day for an injury. Very simple to use. Works with regular plug or usb. Has settings in intervals of 5 min up to 30 min. Has a countdown do you know how much time is left. 4 levels and a pulsing mode. Instructions and use are simple.

I've been using a smaller red light therapy pad for one month and it's working well to reduce inflammation and joint pain. The only problem has been having to move the mat around to different sites. I saw this reasonably priced full body and it seems to work well and I can get all my areas at once including my head. It feels very soothing on this mat with my entire body. The only complaint I have is the strong smell. I think it will wear off because it wore off with my smaller pad. I wouldn't put this pad on my bed again until that smell wears off.

So far, so good. I actually felt an improvement in my foot the 1st time using it.
