Return Window

We accept returns within 100 days of the delivery date for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused or lightly used in accordance with normal product evaluation
  • In its original condition
  • Returned with original packaging, accessories, and included materials
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Items damaged through misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification
  • Products returned without prior authorization, where applicable

Return Approval

Before returning any item, please contact us at Support@wondear.com with your order number and reason for return.

We may require photos or additional information to evaluate the request.

Returns sent without prior communication may experience delays in processing.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a defective item, shipping damage, or an error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Support@wondear.com

with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

We will review the issue and, where applicable, offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, the fastest option may be to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused by the customer or returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or inability to clear customs, we may deduct any return shipping costs, handling fees, or carrier charges from the refund.
