Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, promotions, holidays, or unforeseen logistics delays, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will do our best to notify you by email.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on product availability, warehouse location, your delivery address, and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Typical delivery estimates:
U.S. warehouse in-stock products: 5–8 business days delivered to the customer.
Non-in-stock products / pre-order products: 25–40 business days delivered to the customer, as these items are shipped from our China warehouse.
Canada orders: 7–15 business days for eligible in-stock shipments. Longer delivery times may apply for products shipped from our China warehouse.
International orders: 7–20 business days for eligible shipments. Longer delivery times may apply depending on destination, customs clearance, and warehouse location.
Please note that the estimated delivery time shown on the product page, cart page, checkout page, or order confirmation may vary depending on product availability and warehouse location.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, high order volume, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, product availability, warehouse location, and selected shipping method.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders. Any available shipping options or promotions will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been handed over to the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work with trusted shipping carriers, delivery times are outside of our direct control once the package has been shipped.
If your package appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier and notify us at support@wondear.com. We will do our best to assist you with the next steps.
International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other related fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Damaged Package
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@wondear.com and include:

Photos of the damaged package
Photos of the damaged item(s)
We will review the issue and work toward a resolution.
