These Terms and any separate agreements through which we provide products or services to you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

6. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Website, or the purchase of any product from Wondear shall be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if eligible.

7. Shipping and Return Cost Statement

Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs where required by our stated policy.
No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for approved product returns.
